How to book – rules and procedure for making your reservation at www.alkoven.no

These are our common rules about booking and reservation, and is followed
if not any other agreement is made or any extraordinary occasion should appear.

1.
Visit our website, and get details about the different rooms. Keep in mind that all the rooms has different qualities (about size, location and view), and prices.

2.
Please send us an e-mail (or make a phone call), with descriptions of dates of arrival and departure, how many persons, how many nights (if children, we charge normal price if they don’t sleep in same bed as parents)

3.
We send you a reply with price. (Be aware that the booking is first finally confirmed when you receive a note from us about this.)

4.
If you accept and want to continue the booking-procedure, we will ask you about a payment in advance through paypal.com (ca. 15 - 20%)

5.
When we receive your payment in advance your booking will be finally confirmed.

6.
Rooms are available from 16.00 – 10.00 (other agreements can be made)

7.
In case of cancellations: Room already booked has to be cancelled one week (7 days) before arrival to make sure that your payment in advance will be returned

8.
It’s very useful if we get your mobile-number (if you bring any), and most important that we get the time of arrival. There is no problem with either late or early arrivals, we just need to know before.
